1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on EasyMetaX, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be a resident of Pakistan with a valid CNIC
  • One account per person (multiple accounts will be blocked)
  • You must have a valid Easypaisa or JazzCash account

3. Registration & Fees

  • Registration fee: Rs. 200.00 (one-time, non-refundable)
  • KYC verification fee: Rs. 450.00 (non-refundable)
  • Payments are made to the official number: 03445211740 (Hasnain)
  • Always verify the receiver number before sending money

4. Referral Program

  • Rs. 50.00 cashback after 2 verified referrals
  • Referrals must pay registration fee and be admin-verified to count
  • Referral requirements unlock KYC and withdrawal eligibility
  • Fake or fraudulent referrals void all rewards

5. Earning Activities

  • Task rewards are credited after admin verification of proof
  • Quiz rewards require a minimum 60% score
  • Daily rewards: one claim per day (resets at midnight PKT)
  • False proof submissions may result in account suspension

6. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: Rs. 400.00
  • Requires approved KYC and 2 verified referrals
  • Processing time: within 24 hours
  • Account name must match your registered details

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Submitting fake/fraudulent payment proofs
  • Using bots or automation for tasks/quizzes
  • Attempting to manipulate the referral system
  • Sharing another user's account

Violations result in account suspension or permanent blocking with forfeiture of balances.

8. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or blocked for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of these terms
  • Abuse of platform features
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes

9. Limitation of Liability

EasyMetaX is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from platform use. Platform availability is provided "as is" without guarantees.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
